Bioluminus delivers an exhilarating and boundary-pushing experience of improvisational music on stage. This trio, comprising Ada Rave on tenor and soprano saxophone, Aaron Lumley on double bass, and Onno Govaert on drums, triumphantly returns following Ada Rave's solo performance last year. With virtuosic playing and intense interplay, they create an enchanting atmosphere brimming with spontaneity and freedom. Their avant-garde and abstract approach aligns seamlessly with the ethos of the murf/murw festival, where artistic conventions are challenged.
